Economy Class

One night prior to the transfer the local contractor will call you between 6:00 and 9:00 P.M. To let you know the pick-up time.

For pick-ups at the airport and/or a train station there will be no phone call prior to the transfer since pick-up times will be determined by the arrival times of your plane or train. Please note that Economy Class transfers may require waiting times of up to 1 hour. This will not affect your arrival on time at the airport.

Premium Economy, Business Class and First Class

Upon booking you may determine your preferred pick-up time. The local contractor will contact you the night prior to the transfer between 6:00 and 9:00 P.M. to discuss the transfer with you.

Pick-Up at the airport

We expect you at the arrival gate with a name sign. Alternatively, you may arrange a different meeting point with the local contractor. Please leave a note on your booking.

Pick-Up at the train station

We expect you with a name sign at the designated meeting point which is noted in your booking confirmation.

Pick-Up at the hotel

Our contractor will pick you up in the lobby of the hotel with a name sign.
